Merchandising and production assistant

Hours: Full time hours Monday - Friday 42.5 hours (including 30 mins dinner break) Hours are flexible and can be worked between 7am - 6.30pm as long as your line manager knows in advance.

Location: Remote working

• Daily merchandising of the website ensuring a full product mix is promoted and commercial decisions made
• Listing and uploading all new products to the website inclusive of all relevant tags, alt text and meta description
• Adding video listings to app and website
• Creation of collections and categories as advised by the head of e-commerce and head of merchandising
• System admin support for the production team including raising POs, creating barcodes, liaising with suppliers and ghost image management.
• Close liaison with our print designer. Adding print swatches to a folder and onto the website for cross selling across styles
• Review of slow selling items for suggestions of reshoot or image replacement
• Report of performance of new models
• Report on weekly bestsellers, slow sellers and products with high opportunity for marketing team along with monthly returns reporting
• Competitor and market trend and communications reporting
• Adhoc category and product reporting as requested
• Adhoc support on wholesale admin as needed
• Renaming all imagery that comes into the business - adding to our Dancing Leopard library for ease of use across the entire business

The package:

• Holidays: 20 days plus 8 bank holidays.

Salary: Up to £23,000.00 per year
