Location: Field based
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) with occasional weekend work.
Responsibilities:
- Site surveys and audits.
- Collation of customer requirements and updating customer during any customer visit.
- Installation and maintenance of telephony systems and/or solutions per customer contract.
- Installation and maintenance of networking equipment.
- Delivering bespoke customer systems and/or solutions training.
- Diagnostics and fault finding.
- Use of company CRM System.
- Work to company quality standards and best practice recommendations.
- Leaving customer equipment in a secure state.
- Provide customer with a security check list where required.
- Provide basic customer training for handsets and managing voice mails including changing passwords.
- Record Voice recordings for Auto Attendant if required.
- Good communication skills – both internal and client-facing.
- Good analytical skills.
- Team working.
- Problem solving.
- PBX/cabling/call recording accreditations/experience.
- Knowledge of Gamma hosted solutions advantageous.
- Ericsson-LG, Panasonic NS & NCP, Mitel MiVoice Office accreditations would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of networks.
- ITL desirable.
Client sites, extensive travel and overnight stays may be required on occasion. Overtime policy covers exceptional extended hours.
Physical requirements: Strength to lift heavy weights.
