What you'll be doing:
Working in a team of gas engineers you’ll be carrying out servicing, breakdown and repairs in a prompt, safe and cost-effective manner whilst ensuring delivery of excellent customer service.
You’ll also be attending emergency calls with an aim to complete repair first time or when necessary take steps to temporarily make the building or occupier safe and secure.
More about you:
You will be a fully qualified Gas Engineer with a recognised ACS qualification. Experience with Valliant boilers would also be beneficial.
You will also have the aptitude to work with mobile technology and demonstrate a commitment to delivering first class customer service, ensuring repairs are carried out to a high standard and, whenever possible, resolved at the first visit.
You’ll need to have a full driving license as you will be allocated your own van and need to be comfortable using handheld mobile and tablet devices. You’ll need to ensure health and safety requirements are adhered to.
