Group Operations Manager (Maternity Cover)

Cubitt House, We are 9 public houses with destination dining rooms in Belgravia, Chelsea, Marylebone, Mayfair and Notting Hill. We have 14 boutique hotel rooms in 3 of our pubs. We are growing and will be opening our 10th site early 2024.

As Group Operations Manager the successful candidate will have an integral role in helping us achieve our vision. You will oversee all of our London sites working closely with our General Managers and Head Chefs to ensure that we are compliant at all times. Ensuring an efficient and compliant business is paramount to this role is an important part of the role of Group Operations Manager so you will be working with the GMs to ensure that they are operating the site as efficiently as possible whilst embodying our company values.

• Excellent financial understanding and have proven experience in driving sales, whilst maintaining standards and maximising efficiencies across multi-sites.
• Have a dynamic leadership approach to engaging and inspiring your teams.
• Have excellent knowledge on food safety, health & safety and overall compliance. Level 3 certification is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent awareness and knowledge of UK Employment laws and correct HR processes.
• A dynamic operator that excels at service, with advanced food and beverage knowledge.
• Show a passionate desire to delight our guests.
• A curiosity to learn and grow within your role.
• Have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
• Have a NI number and proof of their eligibility to work within the UK.
