Social Content Videographer & Photographer

We have a fabulous opportunity for a highly creative Social Content Videographer & Photographer to join a leading social content agency who specialise in the entertainment/music industries. Their offices are in central London and they are currently working 2 days in the office (+ you’ll be ‘out and about’ on shoots a lot too).

The Role
We are looking with someone with proven ability to concept, direct, shoot and edit, high quality content for musicians – both fully, stylised, graded, etc, as well as more lo-fi content. They should have a demonstrable passion for short form content for socials, but with the ability to visualise and create longer form content if necessary (live sessions, music videos, etc) Ideally this person is capable of solely managing on smaller shoots – setting up lights, mics, etc, as well as being able to lead / collaborate with a larger team on bigger projects.

We’re looking for a creative and social media savvy content ‘shooter’ and creator, to help capture and edit photo and video content for social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat and YouTube Shorts.

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years professional experience in video & photo content creation so we can be confident that you have a brilliant artistic eye, you know how to work with artists & clients, and you can come armed with plenty of your own ideas, honed over an already impressive career.

Your responsibilities:

• Create social media content for artists, labels, events and music brands.
• Directing & concepting short & long form video content, as well as photo shoots.
• Confidently capture photo and video content with both professional equipment and from your phone, in a range of styles.
• Edit content natively within these platforms, as well as in professional editing suites, using After Effects & Premiere Pro.
• Collaborate with the creative team on pieces of content that require additional graphic design, motion or editing.
• Collaborate with social media leads to ideate concepts for content across these platforms, communicating ideas via references and ‘treatments’ if necessary.
• Collaborating with our in house producer on the planning, project management and logistical / technical production of shoots
• Stay on top of trends in social media content and the latest app updates, able to produce cutting edge, creative and on-trend content to align with schedule deadlines.
• Refine and implement your own processes to improve the creative output of the agency.
• Above all, you’ll create content that our clients and audiences will love.
