To achieve this role as Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have a diverse set of responsibilities.

Principle Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

· Manager the full cycle of recruiting for multiple positions

· Partner with leaders to help identify hiring needs and provide expertise in hiring and talent planning

· Provide leaders to with information or training related to interviewing or documentation of interview findings.

· Maintain a variety of recruiting sources that provide appropriate candidate flow

· Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.

· Build and nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage ongoing candidate sourcing relationships.

Person specification for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:

· A passion for building relationships and enjoys learning the “why” behind a candidate’s experience.

· Enjoys collaborating and working as a team to meet hiring needs

· Someone with a desire to learn and grow, both personally and professionally, in order to help drive our team forward for the future.

· Ability to communicate clear messages in addition to strong active listening skills.

· Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects from start to finish with a great attention to detail

· Ability to adapt in a frequently changing environment and ability to work independently.

This is a full time permanent Talent Acquisition Specialist role:

The role is a Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Salary on offer is basic of £40,000 per annum. Company, annual profit bonus of 15%
