Western Hemisphere Operations Manager

Coretrax is growing fast and now is a great time to get involved in driving and delivering our continuing growth strategy. We’re looking for an Operations Manager with overall responsibility for all operational direction and approach within the Western Hemisphere, including strategy, service quality, performance and KPI management. Due to the nature of the role, we are looking at candidates in either the Aberdeen or Houston area.

The role will be accountable for ensuring that processes exist, efficiencies are driven, global best practices are adopted, technical support is aligned, on and offshore field personnel are competent and, ultimately, the successful and safe delivery of all operational activities across the hemisphere.

Ideally, you will have experience leading operations in technical downhole solutions to clients in the Oil & Gas industry, with demonstrable knowledge of drilling, well construction, well integrity and well intervention. Candidates with a proven track record in managing and delivering major projects within Oil & Gas will also be considered
