General Handyman/woman

We are currently searching for self-employed maintenance operatives for In hours and Out of hours within Hampshire/ London and surrounding areas. To cover weekends also.

We provide our clients with reactive call outs and have to meet strict ETAs. You must be able to work under pressure and to a very high standard. There is traveling involved, you will require a van or a company van can be supplied at a rental if required.

Responsibilities:

• General Handyman/Woman
• Sewage Clean ups
• Basic building maintentence
• Specialist Cleaning

Requirements:

• Driving license essential
• CIS Card/UTR Number required
• Previous experience preferred

Schedule:

• Out of Hours Monday to Friday 17:00 - 08:00
• Friday 17:00 - Monday 08:00 (alternate weekends)
• In hours Monday to Friday 8.00-17.00

Salary: £2600.00-£5,500.00 per month
