Job Title: Motor Vehicle Technician

Location: Tunbridge Wells, TN2 3UY

Salary: Basic Salary of between £31,000-£34,000 + Uncapped Individual Time Saved Bonus + Team Bonus + benefits (listed below) – OTE 40-50k

Full Time and Permanent – Choice of either 40 or 45 hours a week

Working Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays

They are now actively looking to recruit a Motor Vehicle Technician / Mechanic for their dealership in Tunbridge Wells.

Job description:

Being a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic for our client is a fast paced and exciting role. You will be working as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business for the dealership.

Working on new and evolving technologies this is the type of role where you will be constantly learning and expanding your knowledge and skill set. Essential Skills and Experience:

• Fully qualified – Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance – they will also consider Level 2 qualified people who are willing to train up to be Level 3 qualified
• Demonstrate ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
• Have previous Automotive Technician experience. Ideally you will also have an MOT Testing qualification and some main dealership experience
• Demonstrate ability to support, coach, and counsel and develop colleagues and junior team members and to deliver high standards of technical advice, service and maintenance to all customers.
• Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
• Evidence of ‘Right to work in the UK’.
