Digital Marketing Trainee

Day-to-day, you will:

• Work directly alongside the SEO Manager and Head of Digital; shadowing everything they do – from attending briefing meetings to working on new projects and campaigns
• Be exposed to and work on all areas of SEO, including; technical, on-page and off-page SEO
• Develop a good understanding of search engines
• Learn to work proactively on all digital projects, asking questions when necessary and applying the expert knowledge within the digital team
• Assist with the creation and delivery of client reports
• Work closely with the team to create strategic sprint plans for clients
• Work towards delivering a high standard of work for a diverse range of clients
• Take on any feedback either from the client or internally to develop and improve
• Become fast and accurate when working with large amounts of data
• Gather an understanding of both client and internal briefs and how to accurately interpret them to execute against strategies effectively
• Undertake multiple industry exams to gain your accreditations (a full curriculum will be provided for you)

• You show commitment and pride in everything that you do, with meticulous attention to detail
• You can promptly learn how to use new programmes and tools, and are willing to take on new challenges
• You’re a proactive learner who can use initiative to carry out tasks

Bonus points if you also have… (but if you haven’t we’ll teach you)

• A qualification in SEO, Digital Marketing or similar
• Experience using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
• Experience or knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog or any other SEO tools

Salary: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
