A successful Precision Engineering company are looking for an experienced CNC Turner, Setter, Operator to join their team. The company are market leaders within their field supplying the automotive, oil & gas and aerospace industries they are a very well established organisation offering an excellent opportunity to the right engineer.

The Role of a CNC Turner, Setter, Operator - Fanuc
As a successful CNC Turner, you'll be responsible for manufacturing short batch parts and components to tight tolerances.

Duties of a CNC Turner, Setter, Operator - Fanuc

• Set and Operate CNC Lathes via Fanuc controls
• Machining to very tight tolerances and ensuring quality

Requirements of a CNC Turner, Setter, Operator - Fanuc

• Experienced CNC Turner, Setter, Operator at least 4 years experience
• Experience using Fanuc controls
• To be able to fully understand engineering drawings and to be able to edit programs.
• Experience in machining a variety of materials such as Stainless Steel/Aluminium/Phosphor Bronze etc
• Must have experience with working to tight tolerances to AS9100 standards.
• Ideally apprentice trained/time served engineer.
• Good teamwork skills
