Join us as a Specialist Cleaner in our Stockport Club offering a 12 Hour contract which is fully flexible over 7 days, working 2-3 hours per day between 10.15am-12.15pm or 1.15pm - 4-5 days a week including weekends.

The Role You’ll Play

As Specialist Cleaner, you provide an effective and efficient cleaning service in our Clubs, to provide Customers with a clean gaming environment and to make sure we comply with our standards of cleanliness. This covers all areas of the Club, including the foyer, reception, book sales, machines area, bar area, main hall, toilets and Bingo Garden.

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team

• Carry out the tasks as detailed in the Standard Bingo Club Cleaning Specification and the Focus the Buzz Cleaning Learning Log
• Ensure that the Club is always clean and presentable
• Make sure that the Bar area and Bingo Garden is cleaned to the highest required standard of cleanliness
• Adhere to COSHH regulations in relation to the use of chemicals
• Use cleaning equipment, both manual and electric, responsibly and within Health and Safety guidelines
• Follow Supplier recommended instructions in the use of cleaning equipment and materials
• Report any equipment faults to Club management immediately
• Work in conjunction with Club management to identify and resolve any cleaning issues that arise
• Provide an excellent level of customer service to our customers by being polite and courteous at all times when Customers are in the Club, Bar area or Bingo Garden
• Maintain a professional relationship with Customers and Colleagues
• Work flexibly within operational hours as defined by the needs of the business
• Undertake the full range of cleaning duties on a day-to-day basis as directed by Club management
• Make sure that all doors are clear and safe with fire chains removed in the case of an emergency
• Comply with Buzz Bingo policies and procedures at all times
• Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live

The Winning Combination We’re Looking For

• Experience delivering first class cleaning standards in a commercial environment
• A proven track record in routine cleaning work
• You have good knowledge of cleaning materials
• Excellent attention to detail within your role
• You are happy to carry out the physical aspects of your role
• Take ownership of your role and always aim to exceed customer expectations
• Great at working with others and provide support whenever you can
• You can communicate well with others and build strong working relationships with Colleagues
• You remain resilient and determined in your work and always aim to exceed targets
