What’s the role?

Our Customer Hosts are the people who make our customers feel at home, and make sure they all feel part of what's going on in Club.

Whether that is welcoming our customers, signing up new members, explaining how the games work, serving food and drink, selling tickets or just making time for a chat with our customers: it's a role that keeps our clubs the welcoming places they are - and it's vital.

What we’re looking for:

A people person. Someone who loves to chat. You don't have to be an all-singing, all-dancing extrovert, but you DO need to be brilliant at engaging with people, friendly, and good at spotting when people need help or encouragement.

You’ll also need to be:

• A good listener. Listening is one of our Values and it really matters to us. Being able to listen to the needs of our customers and tune in to the needs of your team is a skill we look for in everyone who works for us.
• Good at juggling different tasks. There is always something to do - and you'll need to be good at keeping an eye on a few things at once, as well as spotting what needs to be done, before it needs doing.
• Happy when working as part of a team. That's crucial for us - pulling together and working hard as a team is vital to how we work.
