Role: Civil Excavation Operatives
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 7.30am – 5.00pm
Location: Throughout Scotland

The Role:

We are delighted to work with Scottish Water and business growth means that we have vacancies for operatives, to safely undertake civil excavation works, in a way that mitigates health and safety risks, as well as meeting contract targets.

The activities that you get involved with include:

• Complying with NRSWA / NJUG / HAUC and client specifications.
• Ensuring all interactions with colleagues, customers and members of the public are polite and professional, minimising the need to escalate.
• Compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures and taking responsibility for the quality of work undertaken.
• Accurate and timely completion of all information related to completed and active jobs onto the Toughbook.
• Carrying out activities in accordance with the RAMS and highlighting/escalation deviations.
• Cooperating in any incident, accident or damage investigation.

We are keen to receive applications from teams or individuals, with a full and valid driving licence.

All of the following accreditations are desirable: NRSWA, CSCS, NPORS/CPCS, deep excavation, temporary works, confined spaces and first aid.
