Executive PA (Lloyds Insurance Brokers)

Ambitious and driven Executive PA/Exec PA wanted to work for a leading independent Lloyds Insurance Broker, to work for and look after the Executive board members, including the Chief Executive and MD. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing and forward thinking broker!

This business has experienced some impressive growth recently and have a leadership team in place to make sure this continues and have big plans for the future. Due to this growth this is a brand new role for them as a business, so you will have the opportunity to really make this role your own!

They are seeking a self-starter who has the ability to work without supervision or direction, in supporting the Exec level team here of 3 as well as proving support to the wider team. Someone who has worked for Board level members previously would be desirable. You will also need first class minute taking and multi-tasking skills and be able to not just interact at internal board level, but also with visiting board members from clients and partner organisations. You will also need to be highly proficient using Microsoft office (Excel/Word/Outlook). Those with experience working for an insurance company or broker would be very highly sought after!

Day to day duties include:

· Full operations of the office

· Supporting a team of 3 Directors.

· Maintaining office supplies

· Providing front of house support, greeting clients

· Liaising with international offices

· Booking travel, visas, transfers, and accommodation

· Telephone communication, dealing with incoming enquiries

· Event & social organisation

· Updating the database with procedures and logging data

· Meeting room management

Office hours are 9am to 5:30pm with an hour for lunch, and the salary on offer is circa £37-50k, depending on experience, plus company benefits such as Private Healthcare and Private Dental care plans and discretionary bonus. They also operate Hybrid working.
