It’s all about making a good impression with your appearance, manner and the look of your vehicle. Ensuring goods are delivered in a first class condition, completing all necessary paperwork and above all, leaving everyone you meet with a really positive impression of you and our business.

Responsibilities

• Packing / unloading the vehicle at delivery point and making sure that items are easily accessible.
• Checking that all of the items are accounted for against delivery sheets.
• Examining the vehicle before setting off, checking the load is safe.
• Telephoning customers to confirm delivery times.
• Planning routes, navigating and advising the driver about diversions.
• Removing packaging and placing items at the customer's request.
• Obtaining delivery signatures from customers.
• Ensuring goods are delivered and collected safely and with no damage
