Starbucks Shift Supervisor - Cineworld Hemel Hempstead

Our Supervisors contribute to Starbucks success by assisting the Store Manager with the daily running of the store. In the Store Supervisor role you will support store operations to create and deliver an amazing Starbucks experience for each of our customers. As Store Supervisor you will be a passionate ambassador for Starbucks and will live and champion our mission and values, whilst embracing our unique coffee culture.

You will lead by example whilst supporting partners to develop their knowledge and skills to be motivated by excellent service and standards. You'll work to overcome challenges and create a culture that radiates happiness at work whilst helping to drive store profitability. You career development path could see you progress into s Store Manager of your own.

Successful candidates will be required to attend a 7 week training programme at a local Starbucks store.
