JOB PURPOSE

To be a key point of contact for all local marketing activity across the Cineworld UK + IRE estate to drive awareness, admissions, market share and revenue.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering all local marketing requests from cinemas (e.g. press ads, digital, sponsorships, exhibitor events such as Comic Cons, Freshers Fairs, etc.), identifying opportunities to help drive admission and market share and supporting cinemas to implement.
  • Support the delivery of marketing communications through owned channels (in-cinema, CRM, website, local social media) to help push awareness of Cineworld at local level
  • Engage Cineworld’s customer base with local and regional toolkits
  • Support Local Marketing Manager on campaigns where needed, aiding the delivery of integrated approach across all marketing channels (ATL & BTL, PR, Social, in-cinema).
  • Support National campaigns on a local level using owned channels
  • Promote special film type; Event, World, Autism Friendly screenings
  • Monitor local social activities ensuring that best practices are always followed
  • Be key point of contact for cinemas for all local marketing requests and activities, manage field relationships to ensure buy-in, consistent delivery and excellent implementation of all marketing campaigns in cinema
  • Be a key point of contact for regional marketing champions and social media champions
  • Management of Cinestore & POS stock levels
  • Ensure excellent budget management, take ownership of invoicing and PO processes
  • Support management of day to day marketing agency relationships, ensuring excellent levels of service delivery and output
  • Any ad hoc duties as required


ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE


Technical knowledge & experience

  • 1-2 years’ experience supporting marketing activities, ideally multi-site
  • Excellent written & oral skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise and multitask across multiple projects
  • Good IT skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience managing campaign budgets
