Proposals and Sales Support

Chubb now has an opportunity for a Proposals and Sales Support to join our team in Blackburn. The main goal of this role is to coordinate the response to proposals and aid the delivery of a first class proposal within the time bound response dates.

What will I be doing as Proposals and Sales Support?

• Support the Proposal and Sales Team with all admin functions.
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain quotes and costings
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates
• Assist with the collation of all requested information and drafting of final response, and submit Tender Offer in the required format within deadline
• Provide excellent customer service

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have strong administration and telephone skills
• Experience in managing customer tender portals (desirable but not essential)
• Have strong time management and organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships
• Ability to multi task
• Have a real can-do attitude and be a real team player.
