We are looking for a proactive and energetic Retail Support Intern to join our team in New Bond Street. The successful candidate will support the whole Boutique and its departments on an administrative level with a focus on stock, customer service enquiries, click & collect reservations and special projects. This role will be supporting the back of house as well as the front of house depending upon the store needs

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and audit various data outputs: stock movements, transactions, procedure-based activity analysis.
• Support the manager with special ad hoc projects
• Prepare and audit client deliveries
• Assist in transfers and reservations
• Support the manager with daily administration tasks
• Supporting with customer service enquiries
• Supporting with Click & Collect and E-Reservations
• Support the team with stock inquiries

• Excellent organisational skills and rigorous
• Motivated and proactive
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Sense of initiative
• Ability to work towards tight deadlines
• Fluent in English
• Analytical background.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Available Full Time (40 hours per week)
