About the Role:

· We are looking for a motivated individual to support individuals within their home to live their best life and create opportunities for happiness. This can include but is not limited to: maintaining relationships, accessing the community, household chores and personal care.

· There will be some administration work with daily records, care plan reviews, Keeping detailed records, finance tracking.

· This is an exciting role and would benefit someone who can think outside of the box and be creative.

· This person is required to have basic skills using Microsoft 365/ Teams and other programmes.

· It is imperative that you are able to organise and prioritise your work, can work to deadlines, work with the wider team, be approachable, confident, reliable and trustworthy.

· You will possess or be willing to work towards Diploma Level 2 qualification (or equivalent)

About the services:

The 4 Supported Living and 1 registered service comprise of between 7-10 individual flats, a communal space, large gardens. Two of the services has a sleep-in room. Support is provided 24 hours per day. 2 services are based in Belmont, 2 in Carshalton and 1 in Mitcham.

About the People Supported:

The people we support are a mixture of males and females who have a primary diagnosis of a learning and physical disability, Autism and/or mental health, sensory impairment and which may include some challenging behaviours.

What we offer:

Salary: £22,002 per annum- £10.82 per hour. Sleep ins: £32-36 per session. Plus staff benefits scheme.
