We are working with a setting in Didcot who are looking for someone to join their Ofsted rated Good team.

The successful candidate may be wishing to start a career in childcare or have already established a career in childcare and looking to move on and progress from their current role.

All Trainee Nursery Assistants will get the opportunity to complete their Early Years Educator, sponsored and paid for by the company, whilst working and gaining a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

· Observe all children’s development constantly and support them to progress and develop

· Ensure that you understand your role in safeguarding children

· Be a reliable member of the team

Please note that all candidates will be required to complete a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service Check) but this will be paid for by the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Salary: Up to £21,700.00 per year
