Fashion Editor & Writer

ChicPursuit.com is looking for a smart and passionate Fashion Editor & Writer who is well-informed about current trends, including trends in luxury fashion, to work on expanding and optimizing the website’s content.

This role will be responsible for driving growth within ChicPursuit.com by updating old, evergreen articles with relevant shoppable content and accelerating the website’s move away from promoting fast fashion. The successful candidate has an authoritative voice and the ability to hand-pick the best the fashion market has to offer. Familiarity with affiliate marketing, a keen interest in luxury fashion and previous experience in creating editorial content using WordPress are all highly desirable.

What you’ll do:

• Update existing back catalog of articles, highlighting new trends and shopping preferences for a US-based audience
• Write new engaging and revenue-driving articles aligned with Chic Pursuit’s brand values. As an example, articles that you’d be expected to work on include “What to wear in Italy”, “Best French fashion brands”, etc.

While most of the topics will be given to you, you can also pitch your own ideas if you spot a new trend or gap in the market.

You also have the option to work on beauty and home decor articles, if of interest.
Ideally, you would work 36-40 hours per week, at £15 per hour.
