As Waiter, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager and the team in the organisation of service in The Dining Room in the heart of Chewton Glen.

Waiter - About You

• 1 year experience in working in simliar role is required
• Fine dining background is desirable
• Drive and passion to seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests
• Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
• A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude

Responsibilities of the Waiter

• Provide an outstanding, professional level of service to guests
• Show integrity through your menu knowledge to seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests
• Take pride in preparing the restaurant setup for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service
• Take and serve orders and provide any nutritional or allergen information requested
• Clear tables in a timely and efficient manner to ensure all areas are well kept and ready for guests
• Ensure bills are cashed with care taken over correct charging to rooms, payment methods and any discounts given
