We are looking for an experienced Letting Negotiator with an outgoing personality who can communicate well with both landlords and tenants. Working from our Rushden High Street office, you will enjoy the challenge of growing our existing portfolio to the next level alongside securing the best possible tenants for our landlords. The job role will include:
As a PropertyMark ARLA accredited Agent, we work to a high professional standard. The ideal candidate will have two or more years working in a similar Lettings Role and will be looking for more responsibility and the opportunity that this role will provide. A strong understanding of the Letting industry and associated regulations will be required so that the right candidate can slot into the role and focus on our processes and procedures.
Our offices and systems are fully computerised; therefore, any candidate must be fully conversant with technology and embrace the benefits of our systems that allow for time-saving processes, and audit and compliance processing.
Our Platforms include using the Mac OS, the Enterprise version of the Office365 suite, Expert Agent CRM, Goodlord, Fixflo, Payprop and Inventorybase. Whilst the candidate may have working experience with only some of these platforms, they all require data input and a disciplined approach to data entry and updating. Training will be provided where needed for each platform. The candidate will need to be computer literate.
The Salary offered will be commensurate to their experience demonstrated and will be performance bias.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
