One of West Yorkshire's market leading law firms has a new opening to suit a senior solicitor or associate to join their well regarded corporate team based in Leeds.

Our client has an excellent corporate and commercial practice which handles high quality transactional work including M&A, disposals and financing work on behalf of SMEs, owner managed businesses, partnerships, high net worth individuals and start-ups, with particular experience of advising clients in the food and drink, IT and software, recruitment and training, financial services, and manufacturing and distribution sectors. They are ranked in tier two in both the Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500.

You will need to be an experienced lawyer, ideally with at least 5 years PQE. You will also need to have proven expertise in all aspects of corporate matters. This is likely to mean that you have handled large, complex transactions, and that you will have extensive experience of advising on joint ventures and other shareholder arrangements, and most aspects of corporate governance.
