As we continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Recruitment to join our team and drive our talent acquisition efforts.

Job Overview: As the Head of Recruitment, you will play a critical role in ensuring our company has the right talent to meet the demands of our fast-paced and busy environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and building a talented and diverse workforce. Your expertise in identifying and attracting top industry professionals will be crucial in maintaining our competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for a wide range of positions, including engineers, technicians, project managers, and administrative staff.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with our organization.
  • Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers.
  • Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated seamlessly into the company and equipped for success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in employment legislation to ensure compliance and inform recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and educational institutions, to expand the talent pool and promote the company as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant professional certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment role, preferably within the construction or
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical trades, terminology, and skillsets to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent using various channels and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and driving continuous improvement.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and adapting to changing business needs.
