Night Porter

We are recruiting for a Night Porter to join at Guest Service Team at Cedar Court Hotel, Bradford.

As a Night Porter you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel overnight, ensuring that security checks are carried out to Company standards at regular intervals.

With a limited lounge service available until late, you'll liaise with our Guest Service Team regarding handover of the bar and make sure guests are still receiving an excellent service.

The role requires a professional, outgoing and positive personality with excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for guest satisfaction and superb organisational and administrative skills.daily and liaise with guests and residents in the hotel, dealing with any problems and resolving complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
