CBRE are searching for a new Lettings Negotiator to join our East London team, based in Canary Wharf.
The CBRE lettings department has seen some tremendous success over the years, and our goal is to become the first point of call in Canary Wharf and East London.
The selected candidate will negotiate the rental of residential properties in the area by proactively calling and negotiating with potential tenants, whilst delivering a world class service to our clients. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a successful team, and become part of the world's largest Real Estate consultancy business.
Main Responsibilities:
Register and qualify new potential tenants.- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Take and negotiate offers to ensure the best result for all parties involved.
- Complete all relevant paperwork to ensure a smooth process from offer to move-in & beyond.
- Support senior team members as required.
Person Specifications:
A minimum of 18 months/2 years of proven lettings experience.- Knowledge of Canary Wharf, Docklands and the wider East London area would be advantageous.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with people at all levels of seniority.
- Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team.
- A strong negotiator with a sales orientated approach and good customer service levels.
- Ability to hit and exceed targets – must be used to working on a commission structure.
