With a large amount of tourist attractions & universities in Maritime Greenwich in addition to the close proximity to the O2, it is an excellent location. Trade is made up of locals, tourists, students & day trippers, with weekends being the busiest days. A significant amount of the hotel occupancy is from the O2 & Excel centre.
