We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sales team as a Head of Sales. This is a new role, and the ideal candidate will play a vital part in development and delivery of the company’s sales strategy in order to deliver budgeted and forecasted revenue growth across the company.

Manage a team of care home-based Customer Relations Managers to deliver or exceed revenue growth targets by increasing occupancy and managing weekly fees.

Collaborate with Operations and Marketing colleagues to create and implement local care home sales plans, supporting Home Managers wherever required to help prevent any single care home business from under-performing in terms of occupancy or fee. Provide strategic and tactical advice to the Sales and Marketing Consultant, Care Services and Operations Director, Regional Managers, and Home Managers.
