Carer

We are currently looking for a positive, trustworthy, and very reliable carer, who has patience and and can demonstrate compassion to others? We have a team of carers working in the community around the Bargoed, Tir-y-berth and Fleur-de-lis areas. Pay is graded, based on recognised care qualifications. We understand that in order to get to our client's home's, the staff member needs to use their own vehicle. and this can be expensive. So at Care One 2 One we provide a number of ways to reimburse our staff from help with maintenance to their vehicle, to providing a higher-than-average mileage allowance. As a carer you do not need experience in supporting others, just a willing ness to learn.

Wages:

Starting at £10.45 p/hr basic + Mileage 45p + Unsocial Hours increase + Excellent Overtime Rates

Worktimes:

• Shifts are 7-3pm, 3-10.30pm, & 5-11pm Days, Evenings and Weekends
• Evenings & Weekend offer a higher rate of pay
• Later starts or earlier finishes may be accommodated.

Essentials:

• You must hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.
• You must be prepared to undertake training or refreshers.
• You must have a genuine interest in this type of work.

Carer Job Role:

To visit clients in their own homes and provide various care services and support. These services may include personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and some other light duties.
