Position Overview & Specifications
This is generally Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, we run a 24/7 service and you may be required to change times to suit the service needs and demands.
1. Process accurate and timely input of stock requisitions in compliance with Trust SFIs, SFP and Standing Orders.
2. Replenishment routines to include stock maintained at agreed levels monitor and reviewed to reflect activity patterns.
3. The placement of timely and accurate orders to maintain agreed stock levels.
4. Check and put away products and handle returns by an efficient operation of function and associated activity.
5. Maintain accurate records and filing system with up to date and easily accessible information.
6. Receipt goods; check quality and quantity raise GRNs via key board entry on to Powergate stock management system.
7. Store goods in clean, safe and secure condition before issue to wards and Departments.
8. Prepare, pack and dispatched goods for return to suppliers.
9. Input issues from wards and department into Powergate stock management system.
10. Assist with stock replenishment routines, maintaining stock at agreed levels, monitor and review activity patterns with Powergate stock management system.
11. Deal with internal and external problems and queries.
12. Check stock and maintain records.
