Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a new Park Warden to join our family owned cottage estate on a part time basis.
The successful applicant will have had previous experience in a similar role working in a high-pressured, fast paced environment, have a hands-on, proactive approach and enjoy working as a team to deliver exceptional customer care.
Key responsibilities:
· To book guests in and show them to their cottage.
· Daily check of hot tubs, taking a log of readings and upkeep of chemicals.
· Cleaning checks to be carried out regularly during the day and preparation for new guests and preparation of welcome packs, small aspects of cleaning may be required.
· To empty all refuse points and any litter picking.
· To mow and strim grass and banks, hedges etc, around all cottages
· Basic maintenance of fences, patio areas, pressure washing and general building maintenance
· Leaf and debris collection and BBQ cleaning
· Feeding and cleaning animals cubs on site,
· To ensure that employment legislation codes of practice, welfare and health and safety policies and procedures are always adhered to.
· To maintain adequate channels of communication with site owners.
· To maintain and develop the required standards of customer welfare, comfort, and satisfaction by ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, customer care and courtesy.
· To ensure customer complaints are dealt with quickly and satisfactorily, within Park Manager’s guidelines.
· Basic maintenance of plumbing, electrics and general knowledge of small issues in cottages whilst guests are staying
Desirable skills:
· Gardening experience
· Basic Plumbing, Electric Diy experience
