Position Overview & Specifications

Learning and Customer Services Support Manager
Full time, 37 hours per week
£32,624 per annum
Burton on Trent, Town Centre Campus

Who are we looking for?

The opportunity has arisen to recruit a new Learning and Customer Service Support Manager. The role will be within the Learner Services Team reporting into the Head of Learner Services and Customer Experience. The role will be responsible for the management of Learner Services Admissions, Finance, Customer Experience and Learning Resource Centre.

The Learner and Customer Service Support Manager will be expected to be able to lead, motivate and inspire experienced learner services staff to ensure the learner journey from application, transition, active learning and progression is exceptional. The role will lead on creative new initiatives to continually improve Learner Services alongside the Progress and Well-being Support Manager and SEND and Inclusion Support Manager and undertake duties as a safeguarding officer. The role requires the successful candidate to be innovative, be able to think strategically alongside overseeing the implementation of day-to-day operational matters, paying attention to detail but never losing sight of the bigger picture.

Applicants should be qualified to, or willing to work towards, Level 2 English and Maths. Evidence of qualifications is required.
