Billing Assistant

Are you an experienced Billing Assistant looking for your next challenge?

We are looking to recruit a Billing Assistant to join our Finance team in either of our Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. We are also open to applications UK wide.

This role would allow you to be involved with processing client bills on the system, dealing with email enquiries via central billing team and with the preparation of bills and reports relating to specific client requirements. You will also assist with client discount trackers, process firm invoices and complete monthly ebill reconciliations.

In addition to the above, you will assist with e-billing maintenance interfacing between 3E and e-billing systems such as Tymetrix, Serengeti, eHub and other systems and portals. You will assist with electronic invoice submissions on client portals and provide credit control with updates on e-bill clients.
