Forman

BuildRight Construction is growing fast and we are looking for talented, experienced and motivated individuals to join our team. This position is for a foreman. There will be a background check, you must have your own tools + truck (Not required). This position pays anywhere from $40 - $45 an hour based on your experience + Gas.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Every Friday before the end of day, you will be meeting in person/over phone with the office to discuss the following: Timeline, improvements, hurdles, and prep materials.
• Every Monday, meet with the team at each job site, go over schedule on every day for that week
• Every day visit job site in the morning and end of day to oversee quality, task progress, schedule for the next day, material needed
• Monday to Thursday, end of each day, phone meeting with office to go over tasks completed that day, any tasks running behind, any new material needed for the next day and this week. Who will be picking up the material and have it ready at the site before 8am.
• Everyday, complete a daily log with pictures and detailed description personally or delegate to team lead at different sites. If team leads are doing the daily log, check for completeness.
• Update office on any schedule changes, personnel issues, material needed. This is really important!
• Meet with the office at each job site before the project starts to go over the scope of work, best crew to send to the job, schedule and material needed.
• Meet with office at end of each job to go over what we did well and what we can do better moving forward
• Work on sites while managing up to 3 projects at a time.
• Manage employees, schedule them on sites based on their skills and scope of work.

Requirements

• 3-4 years minimum experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
