Bubble CiTea has been established since 2013, with the passion to bring the favourite Taiwanese Bubble Teas to the U.K. From our humble beginnings in Guildford to now growing strong with 31 stores across the U.K, with further expansion plans. WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate will already have experience of conducting training sessions to groups. A confident speaker - who can hold the attention of a large group, while training and motivating them. With a can do - positive attitude to achieve and provide the highest level of training to our in-store teams. Where the teams will be equipped and have the knowledge to provide our exceptional Customer Service experience, creating our drinks correctly and to highest standards, along with company specific training.

The role of the Trainer will also look to enhance and expand training material, to see opportunity and growth within the training department, for further development of our store teams and business.

YOU ARE

• Experienced in similar role
• Able to work nationwide in flexible hours, including evenings, weekends or holidays
• Required to travel to different Regions within the U.K, with overnight stay at days at a time, to either provide training to existing teams or new store openings
• Have strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to plan, conduct and deliver training sessions while planning own daily tasks and time to meet the demand of the business needs
• Have good knowledge in Zoom, Microsoft, Google drive and training platforms
• Legally eligible to work in the UK
• Driving license owner
• An energetic person with positive thinking, with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Willing to learn new skills
• Having good communication and interpersonal skills
