ICT Infrastructure Support Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for an ICT Infrastructure Support Team Leader to be based at our office in Woolpit. You will be maintaining the ICT Infrastructure solutions, ensuring security and availability of systems is the highest priority. You will be assisting in ensuring disaster recovery environments are working correctly through regular testing and are suitable, as well as overseeing the team responsible for the support of the BUUK Group server and network estate.

Responsibilities will include -

· Oversee and support 2 System Administrators

· Support the ICT back-end infrastructure

· Assist with building and maintaining a secure and flexible infrastructure

· Work with Information Security and Business Continuity to maintain Disaster Recovery plan

· Ensure a comprehensive system back-up and replication procedures are in place

· Maintain group firewalls, antivirus systems, SIEM platform and Network Access Control Systems

· Assist with planning and preparation for any expansion and changed within the BUUK Group

· Work with others to establish clear guidelines for communication and escalating critical issues

What we’re looking for –

· Experience in overseeing and supporting a team

· Excellent communicator at all levels

· Proactive approach and great team player

· Highly organised and motivated

· UK driving license, as travel to other offices may be required

· Experience managing Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft Server product family

· Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V and Vmware

· Experience of Veeam Backup and Replication
