Birmingham or Bristol – hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 wherever.

What are we looking for in our Senior Manager, Learning Experience Delivery?

The Learning & Apprenticeship function sits within Colleague Experience and is responsible for providing a broad of Learning, Leadership and Talent products and services across BT Group, enabling individuals to access development that helps them to perform and realise their potential and supporting the business to build the capabilities it needs now and in the future.

Looking for
  • Leverages insight to develop clear a Leadership and Talent product vision and roadmap aligned to business priorities, constantly reviewing and iterating to maximise impact.

Experience
  • Learning, Organisational Development or Talent Development subject matter expertise and the design and implementation of career and skill programmes.

What experience is required for our Senior Manager, Learning Experience Delivery?

  • Learning, organisational development, training and the design and implementation of career and skill programmes.
  • Managing strategic relationships.
  • Experience across HR including learning, HR Generalist, project management, OD or another comparable area.
  • Managing in a large, complex, matrix environment.
  • Leadership of people and process change through a virtual team or group of people whose formal line management is elsewhere.
  • Experienced in the collation of business cases that demonstrate customer needs, the requirement for change and a full return on investment.
  • Lead projects with a high likelihood of ambiguity, scope change, redeployment of investment, and reprioritisation.
  • Data and/or business analytics experience to make or influence decisions.
