Operational Resource Manager

In this role you will build, develop and lead a high performing multi-functional resource allocation team to deliver a best in class operational resourcing function that works closely with the Heathrow Operational teams to deliver a safe and punctual operation.

This role provides a key interface on the day for the Heathrow Operational teams and senior stakeholders across the business. The role will include some shift work to support a 24/7, 365 days per year, live operation.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Understanding/experience of the airport operations environment.
• Extremely capable with PC/software
• Understanding of financial planning process and budgets
• Knowledge of relevant ground staff industrial agreements (desirable)
• Knowledge of planning, rostering and allocation systems, principles and processes (desirable)
• SQL / Business Objects knowledge (desirable)
• Understanding of Trade Union relationships (desired)
• Must be able to hold an airside pass (essential)
