BA Cityflyer Pre Ops Controller

Due to expansion an opportunity has arisen in BA Cityflyer to join our Operations Control Team as a Pre-Ops Controller. This role supports BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer flight and cabin crew rosters, working along-side various departments you’ll maintain the published roster, delivering safe, efficient and compliant rosters and training plans to the Crewing Team.

About You - experience and knowledge required

• Proven experience in an Operations and Crewing environment
• Knowledge of the Airport Coordination slot system and associated processes
• Knowledge of crew control and FTL
• Knowledge of crew fatigue and circadian rhythm patterns
• Understanding of crew training requirements
• Commercial knowledge (BACF operation and maintenance planning process)
• Experience handling crew union agreements, EU Ops and FTL Schemes

You’ll be flexible in your approach with the ability to challenge existing processes and look to create further efficiencies in crew utilisation through effective re-planning of the crew roster. This role requires good attention to detail and accuracy with your work.
