Bricks & Home are an Estate Agent based In Leicester specialising in Residential Property Sales and Rentals. As the team now is looking to expand, an exciting opportunity has become available for a hard-working and enthusiastic candidate looking for a Property Administrator role covering both Residential Lettings and Sales.

Job role of a Property Administrator:
- Dealing with enquiries for our sales and lettings properties via incoming phone calls and emails, including clients that visit in person to our office.
- Dealing with tenants enquiries via phone and emails.
- Registering clients/applicants for lettings/sales enquiries with accuracy and care to our CRM.
- Booking property viewings and valuation appointments.
- General office administration work (i.e marketing letters, filing and scanning).
- Liaising with tenants and landlords.
- Regular calls to clients, building rapport, complying with GDPR, and offering good customer service.
- Prepare handover packs & tenants guides.
- Assist with drafting AST’s and tenancy documents.
- Assist with the process to handle/issue keys signing in and out, in line with the company procedure.
- Supporting the Lettings / Sales Negotiators, and Property Management Department with administration.
What we are looking for in a candidate;
- Excellent IT Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
- A polite, friendly and professional telephone manner.

- Be self motivated and enthusiastic at all times
- Be able to work effectively within a team
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Have a pro-active and can do approach
- Well organised and methodical approach.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £16,606.72-£23,014.65 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
