We’re making life at home better for everyone. This is a fundamental role to support our ambition to continually grow the business.

What you’ll do

• Undertake Electrical Installation and repair works on Boilers, Air Conditioning Units, Electrical Vehicle Charging Points that is assigned to them through our BOXT App.
• Recognise and rectify any abnormal electrical problems or issues that are (or likely to cause) significant problems with either customers or engineers.
• Delivery of customer service excellence.
• Ensure that all customers receive accurate advice that is relevant to their circumstances.

Who you are

• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working on Boilers as well as having excellent fault-finding skills.
• Have 18th Edition electrical wiring regulations
• Have NVQ Level 3 in electrical and City & Guilds 236 Part 1 and 2 or equivalent.
• Team Player
• Hold a clean driver licence.
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Excellent organisational skills
• Prepared to learn new skills.
• Clean DBS
