Bombardier Aviation is seeking an experienced, Sales Support Administrator (Intern) for to support our Service Sales Team.

This position is based at our Biggin Hill, UK location

In your role, you will:

• Support the Service Sales team assigned to the International region.
  • Working closely with the Regional Sales Managers (RSM) in completing all allocated tasks.
• To provide general administrative support to the Sales Team members.
• Provide all data/ system administration and user support to Regional Sales Managers and Proposal Administrators
  • Prepare Maintenance Proposal using Maximo System
  • Perform detailed analysis of customers work scope against Maintenance Planning Document (iMPD / MPD)
  • Revising proposals to customer’s latest work orders
  • Support RSM’s with follows ups and /or expediate work proposals
  • Provide data to other departments when requested

• You have a keen interest in the Aviation Sector.
• You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 software suite, with the ability to quickly learn other software programs.
• You demonstrate attention to detail
• You manage workload in a timely manor with ability to hit deadline.
• You are able to take initiative
• You have strong verbal and written communications skills
• You have experience in Sales and/or Marketing environment – preferred
• You have a degree - preferred
