Quality Manager

Join our team as a Quality Manager and be responsible for implementing and championing a culture of quality. You will ensure the company’s quality management systems are constantly improving and that the site obtains all necessary quality and technical approvals, including customer requirements, NADCAP, AS9100 and AS13100.

Main responsibilities include ensuring compliance, supervising quality and inspection personnel, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will also work with the site Management team to achieve overall business objectives.

To be considered for this role, you should possess a degree in an engineering-based discipline (preferably in Metallurgy or Materials Engineering) or a BTEC (HNC/HND) Level 4 competency, and have a good knowledge of quality systems and thermal treatment processes.
