The Company

A market leader in their industry, this well-established company manufacture and supply infrastructure-critical wire ropes. Playing their largest role in making sure elevators & cranes do vital work, they sell into multiple industries such as Oil/Gas/Marine.

With around 100 employees presently, they are currently under-going a ramp period of expansion, with a huge desire to add talented graduates into varying roles across the team. The Role

As a Graduate Purchasing Coordinator you will be working in sync with the sales and manufacturing teams across the business. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring that the most cost efficient prices can be secured at all times. You will focus on tracking all container shipments and will work with supplier and buyer decision makers, learning how to negotiate to ensure the best deals are made at all times! Confidence and a sales mentality is important with this role as you will be handling relationships with a large variety of different colleagues and customers ensuring the best deals are negotiated.
