Operations Assistant, Love Nature

Based out of London and reporting to the Global Operations Manager the Operations Assistant, Love Nature will help with the processing and management of VOD (video on demand), smooth running of on-going operational projects and launch deliverables for new platforms or languages.

This position will also be responsible for monthly channel QC and coordinating technical requests and delivery with our media services team as needed and help manage the day-to-day running of the Global Media EMEA team.
What You'll Be Doing...

Love Nature Linear Channel:
  • Work closely with Global Operations Manager to ensure a smooth running of our linear delivery chain, communicating regularly with key partners
  • Where required assist with the onboarding of new affiliates: delivering cards and cams, IP delivery, etc
  • Assist with versioning content reviews for any new language launches on the linear feed
  • Work closely with the Programming team and BAI on content inventory selections and be the point person for recovering language tracks
  • Assist with onboarding key vendors and affiliates partners
  • Assist with maintaining key operational documents
Love Nature VOD Deliveries:
  • Work closely with Global Operations Manager to ensure a smooth onboarding of new VOD delivery requests
  • Help gather the metadata for each platform which includes requesting language localisation if needed, maintaining and updating current metadata spreadsheets/systems and uploading information into Broadview, if required
  • Submit requests with Creative for all image requirements for VOD deliveries
  • Work closely with central Media Services team to ensure all delivery materials (which could include the following: metadata, artwork, caption files, video files and audio files) are sourced according to each platform's specifications for monthly VOD deliveries. Creating tickets and updating trackers to ensure all requests are logged. Follow up to ensure deliveries are completed
FAST Channels:
  • Work closely with Global Operations Manager to ensure clear communication of requests from sales to the wider FAST Operation teams for smooth onboarding and continued delivery to partners
  • Work closely with the Toronto Project Delivery Manager to ensure all delivery materials (which include the following: metadata, artwork, caption files, video files and audio files) are sourced according to each platform's specifications
Marketing & Sales:
  • Management of EPG/episodic image requests / general image requests
  • Assisting with asset creation and securing localised video assets for events / sales pitches
  • Assist with merchandise requirements (shipping, prizing, internal liaison etc)
  • Updating of internal sales, subscriber and affiliate trackers
  • Viewer relations - point of contact
Administration:
  • Assisting with general admin; calendars, shipping, travel, accommodation and restaurant bookings, completing team expenses, office administration & coordination, tax certificate fulfilment, filing (digital & non-digital), invoicing support, meeting room bookings
What You'll Bring...
  • Strong attention to detail and an affinity for tracking and organizing data is critical
  • Solid knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace
  • Proven ability to engage, collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and high degree of self-direction on several deadlines at once
  • Ability to adapt to new processes and platform requirements and provide suggestions for workflow refinement
