Job Summary

As a Junior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall management of daily operations to ensure our company runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's objectives
• Assist in managing and improving operational systems, processes, and policies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track operational performance
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Monitor and analyse operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,577.44-£28,139.37 per year
