Our client, a highly reputable care home in London SW12, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their compassionate team. The care home, rated "Good" by CQC, provides exceptional care to a maximum of 93 Service Users.

As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care to residents, while ensuring their well-being and maintaining their dignity. With recently completed extensive renovations, the care home offers modern facilities alongside the outstanding level of nursing and residential care for which Regency House is renowned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive and respectful relationships with residents, promoting their well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect residents' preferences and best interests.
  • Demonstrate an exemplary attitude and adhere to high care practices.
  • Oversee the care provided to assigned residents.
  • Manage the performance of Named Carers and Care Assistants under your supervision.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional skills and experience as a Registered Nurse. Our commitment to excellence has earned us high ratings from residents, families, and the wider community.
  • Ethical approach: Adhere to our Charter and uphold professional standards.
  • Valid RN/RGN/RMN certification.
  • Extensive experience in providing high-quality, relationship-centered care.
